Technical Product Expert - E-bike (German)

A hands-on role within a product/tech team, working on real systems used by real customers.
What we're looking for
- Native or near-native level of German
- Previous L2 technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting technical products, hardware or software
- Ability to investigate issues rather than simply follow basic customer-service scripts
- Experience working with tickets/escalations
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ideally experience with e-bikes, cycling, automotive, electronics, IoT or connected devices
- Comfortable explaining technical issues to customers or lower-level support teams
