Customer Advisor (German)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native/fluent German, with good command in English
- Proven customer service or contact center experience across phone, chat, and email channels
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with adaptable customer approach
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and case documentation abilities.
