When you submit a CV or contact us through the site, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your CV / resume and anything you write in the "tell us more" field
• The country and language(s) you tell us you speak
• Which role or category you're applying to
• Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, browser type, country) that don't use cookies — see our Cookie Policy

We use your data to:

• Consider you for current and future job opportunities that match your profile
• Contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your application
• Share your application with the hiring company once we're confident it's a good match, and — where relevant — with the partner company we work through on client placements
• Improve the site and understand how it's used, if you've accepted analytics cookies

Our legal basis is your consent (given when you submit a form) and, for some processing, our legitimate interest in running a recruitment service effectively.

We share your data with the specific hiring company once there's a genuine match, and with the recruitment partner company BCRecruitment operates through where relevant to a placement. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else without telling you.

We keep your CV and details on file for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can consider you for roles that open after you apply. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see Section 7.

Some hiring companies or partners we work with may be located outside Norway/the EEA. Where that's the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to a similar standard.

Under GDPR (which applies in Norway via the EEA agreement), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we've mishandled your data

We use only what's needed to run the site, plus privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don't use cookies or identify you. We don't use advertising cookies — if that changes, we'll ask for your consent first. See our Cookie Policy for details.

This site is intended for people old enough to legally work. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, but no online system is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a data breach affecting you, we'll notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
