Customer Service Advisor (German)
Varna, Bulgaria · Remote (after training/probation) · Starts ASAP
You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- German C1
- English B1
- High school diploma
- Right to work in Bulgaria (EU work eligibility)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling technical and billing enquiries
- Willing to complete 4 weeks remote training + 1 week office nesting
- Available to start 14 September
- Willing to support sales and cross-sell opportunities
- Able to work Monday–Friday within 09:00–19:00 rotational hours
