You'll reach out to prospective customers by phone and/or email, understand their needs, and guide them toward a purchase or signup — working to your own pipeline and targets.
What you'll do
Full training is typically provided, so prior experience in this specific industry isn't required.
What we're looking for
- Native / Fluent German + Strong English C1 Confident communicating with German-speaking customers in a professional sales environment
- Proven Outbound / B2B Sales, Experience with cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management, and working to sales targets (inside sales / SDR style).
- Results-Driven & Commercial Mindset, Resilient, persuasive, and motivated by KPIs, revenue, and conversion metrics, with good CRM discipline.
