Senior Affiliate Manager (English)

You'll manage relationships with affiliate partners who drive traffic and signups, tracking their performance, negotiating terms, and working to grow the affiliate channel's contribution to the business.
What we're looking for
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of affiliate marketing/affiliate management experience
- Strong affiliate network and platform knowledge
- Proven experience growing and recruiting affiliate partnerships
- Strong understanding of traffic, conversion, ROI, funnels and affiliate profitability
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with affiliate tracking/reporting
- Explicit comfort working with uncensored/NSFW products and content
