What we're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on MT5 server administration experience
- Fluent in English (ideally C1)
- Experience with MT5 Manager, Admin, Gateway and Bridge
- MT5 Certification from MetaQuotes or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Forex/CFD broker mechanics, including spread, commission, swap, margin and leverage
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, networking and security
- Ability to troubleshoot MT5 platform issues under pressure and support high-availability operations
- Availability for on-call support for after-hours platform issues
