What we're looking for
- Senior TA leadership experience in the Philippines
- Proven high-volume recruitment experience (BPO) only & recent and equivelent @ least to 1000 FTE Call Centre
- Experience managing recruiters, sourcing teams or TA managers
- Strong knowledge of the Manila talent market
- Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, commercial and delivery-focused approach
