Legal Operation Specialist - Paralegal (English)
Limassol, Cyprus · Hybrid (after training/probation) · Starts ASAP
You'll support the legal team with contracts, corporate governance documentation, and day-to-day legal operations — keeping records organized and helping legal processes run smoothly. This one's in the fintech/payments space, helping customers with accounts, payments or transactions.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in legal operations, paralegal, corporate, or compliance environments
- Strong knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, and legal documentation
- Experience with CLM systems, e-signature platforms, and legal tech tools
- Excellent organisation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Backgrounds from tech, SaaS, fintech, CX, or regulated industries are highly valued
