What we're looking for
- Direct hands-on paid acquisition/media buying experience
- Personally launches and optimises campaigns
- Experience with at least one major consumer acquisition platform
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and conversion
- Can demonstrate individual campaign ownership and measurable results
- Hands-on testing across audiences, creatives or campaigns
- Comfortable working for an NSFW AI companionship product KO profiles: B2B SaaS demand generation, ABM/lead generation, reporting-only roles, certification-heavy profiles without execution experience, or candidates who cannot explain what they personally changed in a campaign
