You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2+)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment
- Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

Relocation
- Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent, utilities and bills included. Deducted directly from your payslip. Relocation within Portugal: no accommodation provided unless candidate currently living in accommodation provided by competitor. From 1st of December 2025 onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
- Danish Market As these are remote positions, we give preference to candidates who are already residing in Portugal. However, if necessary, we can exceptionally provide accommodation in Lisbon for candidates relocating to Portugal.
