Customer Service Advisor (Spanish)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
Please also note that a solid C1 level of English is a mandatory requirement for this project. We therefore ask that you carefully assess and confirm each candidate's English proficiency before submission, as candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Relocation
Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent, utilities and bills included. Deducted directly from your payslip. Relocation within Portugal: no accommodation. From 1st of December 2025 onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
