Operations Customer Expert (Polish)

You'll oversee a team handling day-to-day customer operations — coaching agents, monitoring performance against targets, and stepping in on escalations or process issues.
What we're looking for
- Native/fluent Polish C1 + English B2 minimum
- Strong customer support skills across phone, email, and chat
- Good problem-solving ability, calm under pressure, and able to document cases accurately in CRM/SAP style systems
