Ad Sales Specialist (Polish)

You'll reach out to prospective customers by phone and/or email, understand their needs, and guide them toward a purchase or signup — working to your own pipeline and targets.
What you'll do
Full training is typically provided, so prior experience in this specific industry isn't required.
What we're looking for
- Native/fluent Polish (C1+) with fluent English (B2 minimum)
- Previous sales, ad sales, digital advertising, or customer-facing commercial experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and system navigation skills in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
- Exclude candidates who list or any of their projects as their current work experience
