Operations Customer Expert (Polish)

You'll oversee a team handling day-to-day customer operations — coaching agents, monitoring performance against targets, and stepping in on escalations or process issues.
What we're looking for
- Native or near-native level of Polish
- English B2+
- Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills
- Genuine interest in pets and animal wellbeing
- Able to work on-site in Lisbon
- Available Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Available for the full 5-day training
