Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant (French)

What we're looking for

• Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2)
• Recent graduate or career changer — no prior recruitment experience needed. We value the right attitude and strong communication skills over a specific background; people coming from hospitality or a help desk often do great here, since these are entry-level jobs
• Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation & customer-oriented skills
• Person must posses a solid commercial awarness and personality that leans towards sales and Business development (meaning, someone who can attract, engage and convert both potential clients and candidates)
• Eligible to live and work in Czechia.
