Customer Service (French)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communicator who can multitask, learn systems quickly, and work collaboratively in a BPO environment.

Relocation
