What we're looking for
- Native/fluent French oral & written and fluent English (minimum B2)
- Recent graduate or career changer — no prior recruitment experience needed. We value the right attitude and strong communication skills over a specific background; people coming from hospitality or a help desk often do great here, since these are entry-level jobs
- Strong communicator with persuasion, negotiation & customer-oriented skills
- Person must posses a solid commercial awarness and personality that leans towards sales and Business development (meaning, someone who can attract, engage and convert both potential clients and candidates)
- Eligible to live and work in France.
