FX Sales Retention Agent (Mandarin)

You'll work with existing FX/CFD trading clients to keep them active and engaged — checking in, addressing concerns, and encouraging continued trading. This one's in the FX/trading industry, working with clients on currency or CFD trading.
What you'll do
Full training on the trading platform and regulatory requirements is provided.
What we're looking for
- Native/fluent Mandarin
- FX & CFD industry experience
- Retention experience in brokerage environment
- Strong sales and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Willing to relocate to Dubai
Relocation
All roles include flight ticket to Dubai, 1 month accommodation upon arrival, work visa, and generous commission structure.
