Customer Support Representative (French)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native/fluent French speakers with fluent English (minimum B2).
- Experience in paid campaign management and a background in digital marketing are mandatory.
- Candidates should have previous experience in a contact centre or customer support environment, ideally within Ad Tech or digital advertising.
- Strong customer service skills, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to work well independently and in a team are important.

Relocation
Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent, utilities and bills included. Deducted directly from your payslip. Relocation within Portugal: no accommodation provided unless candidate currently living in accommodation provided by competitor.
