Customer Service Representative (French)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and app literacy
- Comfortable handling inbound calls Please note that candidates must already be residing in Portugal, as relocation is not offered for these remote positions. Candidates who live within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person.Equipment is only shipped to candidates who live more than 50 km away. Kindly ensure that candidates are informed of this requirement in advance, as it may be a deciding factor for them.
