Customer Service Advisor (French)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native/Fluent French and good English (B2+)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment
- Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

Relocation
As this is a hybrid position, we give preference to candidates already residing in Portugal. Candidates already living in Portugal must be based within 50 km of the Lisbon office. However, if necessary, we can exceptionally provide accommodation for candidates relocating to Portugal.
