What we're looking for
- Native-level Dutch
- English proficiency
- Previous customer-facing technical support experience
- Basic electrical, IoT and network troubleshooting knowledge
- CRM/ticketing system experience
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
