You'll manage the recruitment process for open roles — sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams to get positions filled.
What we're looking for
- Native level of Dutch
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
- Previous experience in call centre environment is desirable
