Marketing Affiliate Manager (Russian)
Limassol, Cyprus · On-site · Starts ASAP
You'll manage relationships with affiliate partners who drive traffic and signups, tracking their performance, negotiating terms, and working to grow the affiliate channel's contribution to the business. This one's in the iGaming / online entertainment space — think casino or betting platforms.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of affiliate/performance marketing experience with focus on LATAM markets
- Russian fluent (+Spanish is advantage)
- English proficient
- Familiarity with CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate models
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent and proactive
- Ability to work onsite to Limassol, Cyprus
- iGaming experience is mandatory

Relocation
Only visa support. If you're not currently based in Cyprus, 3 month period remotely and then once you're confirmed as a good fit you'll relocate.
