General Manager - India (Hindi)

You'll be the senior, on-the-ground lead for this market — owning strategy, revenue targets, and key relationships for your region. This one's in the FX/trading industry, working with clients on currency or CFD trading.
What you'll do
Expect a high degree of autonomy, with responsibility for both commercial results and day-to-day running of the local operation.
What we're looking for
- Fluent Hindi & English
- 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
- Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
- Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred)
- xperience with CRM, lead conversion, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid partnership models
- Strategic leadership and P&L management experience.
