Customer Support & Sales Representative (Thai)
Remote, SEA (ideally Thailand) · Remote · Starts ASAP
You'll combine customer service with a sales angle — helping customers with their questions while also spotting and acting on opportunities to sell relevant products or upgrades. This one's in the FX/trading industry, working with clients on currency or CFD trading.
What we're looking for
- Fluency in Thai (native or near-native) + English C1
- Good customer-service & sales skills o Previous experience working for FX brokers is mandatory (either in sales, CS or both). Candidate needs to posses some kind of sales experience (even if upsell/cross-sell)
- Remote-work readiness + self-management — The role is under Services Agreement / B2B contract.
