Customer Service Representative (Maltese)

You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native or near-native Maltese speaker
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work fixed weekday shifts (10:00–18:00)
- You'll need to be 21 or older for this specific role, due to a requirement tied to the client's industry
