Customer Service Representative (Dutch)
Remote, Greece · Remote · Starts ASAP
You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go. This one's in e-commerce/retail, helping customers with orders, returns and product questions.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+)
- Customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and positive, service-oriented attitude
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools quickly
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends if required)
- Stabile internet connection (not wireless!)
