You'll handle inbound customer contacts by phone, chat and/or email — answering questions, resolving issues, and updating account or case records as you go.
What you'll do
Full training on the product and internal systems is provided before you start taking live contacts.

Relocation
Airfare reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment, Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent, utilities and bills included. Deducted directly from your payslip. Relocation within Portugal: no accommodation provided unless candidate currently living in accommodation provided by competitor.
