Content Moderator (Dutch)

You'll review user-submitted content against the platform's guidelines, deciding whether to approve, flag, or remove it, and documenting your decisions. This one's in e-commerce/retail, helping customers with orders, returns and product questions.
What you'll do
Some of the material can be sensitive, so this role calls for a level head and consistent judgment. Full training on the guidelines and tools is provided.
What we're looking for
- Strong content moderation experience or demonstrated moderation capability
- Strong knowledge of the relevant local market, language and cultural nuances
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content ecosystems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle high workloads and adapt to changing priorities
- Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+)

Relocation
Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent, utilities and bills included. Deducted directly from your payslip. Relocation within Portugal: no accommodation. From 1st of December 2025 onwards, flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
